I bestow my highest praise upon the book written by Ms. Linda Mobley. Her story is riveting and is wrought with appropriate teaching moments. Currently her text is used in my class, "The Foundations of Youth Development" at St. Petersburg College. It is profound and very effective in teaching my students about the dynamics of family abuse, survival, and resiliency. This book should not only be required at the collegiate level, but by families in distress across this great land of ours. I highly recommend and commend her works to you for your edification.
